Shipping:

Free Shipping to Canada and the US for orders over $100 

Orders will be processed within 3-5 business days of placing your order. You will be sent an email notification when it is shipped out. Orders should arrive within 4-5 days via Expedited Service which comes with tracking and insurance. Therefore you can expect your package to arrive within 10 days of your order.

Returns:

Product may be returned within 30 days of receipt for refund. Do not return without prior authorization. You can make a request with explanation via email: office@feltstudio.com with “Return” in the subject line. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and proof of purchase. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label. FELT does not pay return shipping.
